Telephone or personal consultations and advice, including phone calls to third parties, concerning any legal matter, be it personal and/or business. Benefits under this section are limited to one (1) hour per matter of legal consultation and advice concerning the matter. Additional consultation or advice on the same subject matter at a preferred member discount rate.

Debt collection - up to two (2) initial letters of demand per year at a priority member rate , (one (1) per six (6) months, non-cumulative) plus advice and negotiation on any debt, including breaches of all forms of consignment, bills of sale and other contracts, as well as the enforcement of such debt along with any additional letters or hours at a preferred member discount rate.

| Advice, consultation, correspondence (letters to third parties) and representation in relation to insurance matters relating to the business entity, at a preferred member discount rate. | |||||

Additional telephone or personal consultation consisting of up to half an hour of advice per matter for certain legal matters each membership year. Legal matters provided for purposes of this benefit are those matters requiring specialist legal expertise in a given area of law related to: Securities, Patents/Copyrights/Trademarks/Designs, Commodities, Maritime Law, PPL Law, Income Tax Law, Partnerships, Capital raising, Directors responsibilities, Franchising, Liquor Licensing issues and those legal matters which arise within Australia but outside the business entity’s state of established principal place of business.

Up to two (2) Simple Wills (Primary member plus Spouse or Partner) including powers of attorney. Up to one (1) hour each per year after first membership year for review to make changes. Estate planning and support services available at a preferred member discount rate.

Settlement fees charged on the sale or purchase of land or property being the business entity`s primary place of business will be at the rate of 50% of the Settlement Agent's scale of fees for this service. Settlement fees on the sale or purchase of investment property or land will be at a 25% discount off the Settlement Agents Scale of Fees for this service. A waiting period may apply and this plan should be read in conjunction with the contract Terms and Conditions.

| BANKING & FINANCE | |||||
|
The business entity may have interpreted, reviewed and prepared by the Legal Service Provider any personal mortgages, bills of sale, charges or other personal security documents in which the business entity is a contracting party. During normal business hours, may receive telephone or personal consultations and correspondence, concerning any legal matter relating to loan recovery, mortgagee sales, foreclosures and enforcement of securities, including bills of sale, charges and other debt securities of which the business entity is contracted as the borrower or provider , lender or recipient of security at a preferred member discount rate.

FAMILY/DE FACTO LAW
|

|
The primary member may receive at the sole discretion of the Legal Service Provider, telephone or personal consultation, during normal business hours, concerning any Family Law or de-facto relationship matter. Cover includes review, consultation, letters to third parties and representation on any Family Law or de-facto relationship law matter. Up to eighteen (18) hours aggregate of Solicitor’s time , (non-cumulative) at a priority member rate. Additional hours at a preferred member discount rate.

| MOTOR VEHICLE/COMMERCIAL CRAFT LEGAL SERVICES | |||||
|
Defence for civil or criminal charges/drivers licence assistance (extraordinary and special) Up to twelve (12) hours aggregate of consultation, preparation and actual court time per annum, (non-cumulative). Additional hours at a preferred member discount rate.

| EMPLOYMENT & WORKPLACE RELATIONS | |||||
|
The business entity may have reviewed or prepared by the Legal Service Provider any Workplace Agreements or Contracts of Employment in which the business entity is a contracting party. In addition provision is made for defence of any claim for unfair dismissal, unpaid contractual entitlements, harassments and discrimination and workers compensation issues, Including advice, preparation and representation at a preferred member discount rate.

| MEDICAL/DENTAL/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE | |||||
|
The member may have reviewed and investigated by the Legal Service Provider any cause of action against a medical/dental/health professional or a hospital for a negligent medical/dental/health procedure where the covered member is an aggrieved party. Up to twelve (12) hours aggregate of solicitor's time, (non-cumulative) at a priority member rate. Additional hours at a preferred member discount rate.

| COURT PROCEEDINGS | |||||
| Membership provides for the defence or pursuit of a civil or criminal matter at a priority member rate. | |||||
| Membership Year 1. twenty (20) total hours - ten (10) hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |||||
| Membership Year 2. twenty two (22) total hours - eleven (11) hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |||||
| Membership Year 3. twenty four (24) total hours - twelve (12) hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |||||
| Membership Year 4. twenty six (26) total hours - thirteen (13) hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |||||
| Membership Year 5. twenty eight (28) total hours - forteen(14) hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |||||
| From the sixth membership year onwards your membership will include a total of thirty (30) hours of solicitors time, fifteen (15) hours of which is legal services prior to trial. Additional letters or hours at a preferred member discount rate. | |||||
| INCOME TAXATION LEGAL SERVICES | |||||
| Total of six (6) hours aggregate of legal services per year at a priority member rate when notified in writing by the ATO of an audit of income tax return or when ordered to appear at the offices of the ATO. Benefit includes consultation, advice, negotiation and representation. Additional hours at a preferred member discount rate. | |||||
| OTHER LEGAL SERVICES |

Other legal services not specifically provided for by this plan are provided at a discount rate of 20% off the Legal Service Provider's standard hourly rate for representation or service. This includes matters either pre-existing by their nature or currently on foot and being dealt with or requiring legal action as a result of a prior occurrence or arrangement.

A Priority Member rate means 50% off the Legal Service Provider’s standard hourly rate for the given legal service. A Preferred Member Discount rate means 25% off the Legal Service Provider’s standard hourly rate for the given legal service.In order to qualify for the Rural Producer Plan the business and residential address must be the same. This plan is only available to rural producers with a registered business name, or an incorporated private business or a family trust and up to 5 employees. The owner(s) or director(s) must reside on the property where the rural produce is raised or grown. The immediate family of the primary member are provided for under this plan. If there are additional owner(s) and/or director(s) they will require a personal plan also which must be a minimum of an Employee-Contractor Plan to provide for their personal responsibilities as a business owner or director. This plan costs $130.00/month + (GST).
This plan is a comprehensive and expanded legal plan that provides extensive access to a wide range of legal services and benefits for the rural business and the whole family. This plan provides protection for you, your spouse or partner as part owner or director and unmarried children living at home up to 18 years of age or up to 21 years if the children are full time students and not earning any income.
In addition the Rural Producer Plan provides benefit for children up to age 18 years for whom the member is the legal guardian and any dependant child, regardless of age, who is incapable of sustaining employment by reason of mental or physical disability and is chiefly dependant upon and residing with the primary member for support.
The Rural Producer Plan does not provide for any nominated employee or owner for any action by them against the business. Any nominated employees are only provided for under this plan for employment related matters carried out on behalf of the business entity where it directly impacts upon the business entity itself. Where the matter does not impact upon the business entity directly the employee will not be covered.
Any employee nominated under a Rural Producer Plan must hold an Employee/Contractor, Single or Family Plan membership for any personal related legal matters.
